Volleyball as a means of improving work with students. Health as a category of being is the most important priority in life all over the world (A.V. Vekhov, 2001). If other values of being (education, life, material well-being, etc.) are forced to take care of, then the attitude to health is formed as an element of national culture. Unfortunately, in our country, health is perceived as something given, and in case of violation of health, responsibility for its restoration is usually blamed on others. V. Halikov and G. Halikova (2013) note that the state of health of children and adolescents according to official data continues to deteriorate. The indicator of the total incidence of children aged 15 years in 2015 compared with 2014 increased by 14.3%. An increase in the incidence rate is noted for all classes of diseases. Continue reading
So, consider the rules of volleyball. The game is played on a rectangular area measuring 18×9 meters. The volleyball court is divided in the middle by the net. The height of the net for men is 2.43 m, for women – 2.24 m. The game is played with a spherical ball with a circle of 65–67 cm, weighing 260–280 g.
Each of the two teams can have up to 14 players, 6 players can be on the field at any given time. The goal of the game is to finish off the ball to the floor with an attacking strike, that is, to the playing surface of the opponent’s court, or make him make a mistake. The game begins by introducing the ball into the game using a serve according to the draw.
