What is volleyball and how to play it?
First of all, volleyball needs a playground. This field is 9x18m divided in the middle by a grid. The upper edge of the net in men is 2.43 m. For women – 2.24m.
According to the rules of classic volleyball, 2 teams of 6 people play on the court. But the game will not be less interesting if you start playing 5 on 5 or 4 on 4.
The essence of the game is to land the ball in the opponent’s court, while the ball can not be caught, it can only be repelled.
For each landing, 1 point is given. For each mistake, 1 point to the opposite team. The first team to win is 25 points, and with a score of 24-24, the game is played up to 2 points apart (26-24, 27-25, etc.)

The game begins with a pitch. To serve, the player goes beyond the back line and hits the ball so that it flies through the net to the opponent and enters the field.

After each goal scored, the team gains the right to serve and moves clockwise to complete the transition. In volleyball, it is also forbidden to block or attack the opponent.
