HOW TO CHOOSE SHOES FOR VOLLEYBALL
When choosing sneakers for volleyball, first of all pay attention to the sole. It is good if it is made of rubber, which provides the best grip on the gym floor. The pattern on the sole should be made in the form of zigzags or small unidirectional strokes. In this case, the legs will not slip on the floor.
To improve cushioning, the sole may contain helium inlays or air cylinders. Please note that volleyball sneakers should be light enough. In such shoes, the legs will not get tired, and the jumps will be faster. It is better to choose sneakers in a mesh with leather inserts, they allow the foot to “breathe” during active movements.
