HOW TO CHOOSE KNEE PADS FOR VOLLEYBALL

Volleyball knee pads are one of the most important parts of the equipment used by both professional volleyball players and amateurs. Volleyball knee pads are designed to protect the knee joint from injuries during the game, both in the hall and in open areas. With an active game, taking the ball, there are frequent situations when a volleyball player is forced to fall on one or two knees, while injuries are almost inevitable if his knees are not protected.

Modern sports knee pads reliably protect your legs if you are responsible in choosing protective equipment. It matters on what type of sites games, competitions will take place.

Knee protection for indoor volleyball, outdoor games or beach volleyball differ in various characteristics, so before you buy knee pads, carefully study their description.

Structurally, sports knee pads consist of a cuff, a filler and a fastening system. Those designed for volleyball in the hall or on paved grounds have an additional pad that enhances impact protection, or contain a thicker and denser layer of filler.
