Japanese researchers have developed a robot trainer for volleyball players
Japanese researchers from the University of Tsukuba and the Japanese Volleyball Association created robots with three pairs of hands for training volleyball players, reports Popular Mechanics
“Training bots are three pairs of robotic arms that quickly move in front of the net and mimic the protection of the opposing team. In the real game, they are replaced by players whose task is to protect their half of the field from the“ spike ”of the attacking team,” the publication said .
